Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Public Universities or International Universities.
Having a PMP certification from PMI, USA will be considered as an advantage
Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in construction field and from that minimum 5 years as Project Manager.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project-in-Charge of a building project which was 10 storied along with basement/s.
Minimum one project he should be in his career where he was directly involved in all type of finishing works including ID.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in civil project execution, construction supervision, quality control, material management, and a comprehensive understanding of design standards and safety practices. Role Overview: The Site Project Manager (PM) is the on-ground custodian of project execution, responsible for coordinating and supervising all Civil, MEP and Interior Design works at the site. The PM ensures that day-to-day site activities run smoothly, safely and as per the approved drawings, specifications and program/ Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely mobilization of labour, materials, plant and equipment at site as per the construction program.
Identify and resolve on-site execution bottlenecks promptly, escalating to HOP where decisions beyond site authority are required.
Monitor daily progress of Civil, MEP and Interior works against program; report variances to HOP with corrective action plans.
Planning, directing and coordinating activities of all designated construction projects to ensure adherence to cost and time deadlines from inception till commissioning.
Ensuring the update of Microsoft project (MSP) Schedule and tracking of the same in order to achieve the milestones and timely completion of project
Ensuring the upkeep and adherence to benchmark standards of all current and future corporate properties; this would involve conducting regular physical audits of all properties and conforming compliance with quality checklists.
Ensuring strict compliance with approved budgets, and developing project-wide analytics of key operational ratios and weekly MIS reports for top management review.
Interacting and convening relevant meetings with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, agencies and other key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project deliverables.
Providing comprehensive technical advice as and when required, undertaking resolution of project-related issues to ensure seamless progress, assisting management with appropriate operational advice to enable informed decisions.
Ensure execution of Civil, MEP and Interior works strictly conforms to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Flag anticipated delays, resource shortages or design gaps well in advance to avoid program slippage.
Certify contractor work progress on-site for measurement and billing purposes, for onward processing by the Quantity Surveyor through the HOP.
Raise and track Requests for Information (RFIs) for any design/technical ambiguity affecting site execution.
Act as the single point of on-site accountability for all matters related to physical progress and site management
Overseeing project proposals, standard operating procedures, staffing and support infrastructure requirements to ensure smooth implementation.
Implementing relevant global-standard project management protocols, and suggesting appropriate software and tools for efficient project control.
Coordinating project material, equipment and inventory supply, management and procurement with relevant departments.
Ensuring adherence to all laws of the land and project specific regulatory compliances including, but not limited to, construction permits, special project approvals, fire department clearances, labour laws, environment, health and safety regulations.
Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols across the site for all trades and contractors.
Supervise and manage site-based Civil, MEP and Interior contractors/sub-contractors to ensure performance as per contract terms.
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliances by contracted third-parties.
Implementing external stakeholder engagement plans to reduce construction interference and risk; implementing effective grievance redressal mechanisms for external stakeholders.
Any other such matters as may be assigned by the Management/Board.
