Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

• Diploma in Power Engineering or BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

• Age At most 30 years

• Relevant experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in solar power plants, power plants, Power Plants or industrial projects.

• General knowledge of Solar On-Grid System operation and maintenance.

• Must have IOSH, EOSH, AOSH and OSHA certifications.

• ABC Supervisory License will be preferable.

• Good knowledge of PTW, LOTO, PPE, Work-at-Height, Fire Safety and Emergency Response.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Context

We are looking for a responsible Safety Officer to ensure HSE compliance at our Solar Power Plant. The position will oversee site safety, risk assessment, work permits, safety inspections, training and emergency preparedness, while supporting basic Solar On-Grid System O&M activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure overall HSE management and implementation of site safety policies at the Solar Power Plant.

• Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, site induction, Risk Assessment and JHA.

• Manage Work Permits, PPE, Fall Protection and LOTO for high-risk activities.

• Conduct regular safety inspections of tools, equipment, scaffolding, ladders, lifting and firefighting equipment.

• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and maintain safety records and monthly HSE reports.

• Arrange safety training, emergency drills and coordinate with the client’s HSE team.

• Support basic Solar On-Grid System O&M, including module cleaning, inverter/string monitoring, preventive maintenance and daily generation reporting.
