Position: Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE); M.Sc. is preferred.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical industries, substations, power systems, renewable energy, or BESS projects.

• Strong knowledge of substation design, electrical distribution, protection systems, and SLD preparation/interpretation.

• Practical experience in cable sizing, load calculation, electrical equipment selection, and power system fundamentals.

• Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, battery sizing, inverters, and grid integration.

• Understanding of Lithium-ion and Lead-acid battery technologies.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret electrical drawings, datasheets, and technical specifications.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and willing to work at project sites, substations, solar plants, and BESS facilities.

• Experience in installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance is an advantage.

• Good English communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to travel and work at different project locations as required.
