Salary: Tk. 19000 - 20000 (Monthly)

• Higher Secondary

• Security based

• Age 30 to 33 years
• Only Male

• Defense background persons will get extra preference.

• Must have excellent personality and communication skills and able to work as strict team member.

• Reliable, responsible, able to exercise good judgement and disciplined.

• Knowledge of Security protocols and emergency response procedures.

• Responsible for monitor the security system of the company & ensure their performance effectively.

• Daily Project (Ongoing) and Complex (Hand-over) visit.

• Visit and follow up the guard force regularly and report to Line Manager.

• Conduct night visit & check discrepancies.

• Ensure that the tracking technology and all emergency communications equipment is functioning and reporting to Head Office.

• Serves as command and control center for emergency situations by maintaining communications with guard force personnel.

• Assign duties and tasks to Security Guard Force based on Operational needs and report to Line Manager.

• Movement register and Attendance Register check

• Monthly attendance sheet prepare and send it to Line Manager for salary processing run smoothly.

• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports and daily activities.

• Overall maintain and follow up and guide Force of the Company at field Level.
