Strong knowledge of hatchery operations and incubation management
Knowledge of hatchability improvement and chick quality management
Strong understanding of poultry biosecurity and disease prevention
Knowledge of hatchery machinery and equipment
Production planning and operational management
Team leadership and manpower management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong knowledge of production KPIs and data analysis
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and hatchery management/ERP software
Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল CCTV ক্যামেরা ও মনিটরিং সিস্টেম নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
CCTV অপারেটরদের কাজ তদারকি ও প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থান ও প্রবেশ/বাহিরের পয়েন্ট নিয়মিত মনিটরিং নিশ্চিত করা।
সন্দেহজনক বা অস্বাভাবিক ঘটনা শনাক্ত করে দ্রুত কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী CCTV ফুটেজ খুঁজে বের করা এবং সংরক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা।
CCTV ক্যামেরা, DVR/NVR, মনিটর ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সরঞ্জামের কার্যকারিতা পরীক্ষা করা।
CCTV-তে কোনো কারিগরি সমস্যা দেখা দিলে সংশ্লিষ্ট টেকনিক্যাল টিমকে জানানো ও ফলোআপ করা।
দৈনিক CCTV মনিটরিং রিপোর্ট ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘটনার রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা।
নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত ঘটনা বা দুর্ঘটনার ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় ফুটেজ কর্তৃপক্ষকে সরবরাহ করা।
CCTV ব্যবস্থাপনা ও নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা।
Job Other Benifits:
Working hours: 10 hours + overtime (6 days per week)
Accommodation, meals, Iqama, and transportation will be provided by the company.
Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)
