Education:
Ex-military/armed forces personnel (NCO rank or above) preferred.
Must be physically robust and capable of undertaking extensive foot patrols.
Proven ability to command, train, and motivate a large team of security guards.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) and familiarity with CCTV operations.
Must be prepared to perform rotational shift duties, including both day and night shifts.
Perform duties on an emergency basis as required and carry out other tasks assigned by the authorities
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management

King Steels. is a sister concern of KR Group and it’s a growing and professionally managed ship breaking Yard is looking for a responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented and experienced Security Incharge to manage and control Safety works at sites.

Job Responsibilities
Control the assign shift overall operational security of the entire yards.
Ensure the safety and security of approximately 400 staff members, physical assets, and cargo.
Conduct regular and systematic security patrolling across the yards perimeter.
Plan, assign, and manage daily shift and duty rosters for the security guard force.
Maintain a special monitoring team strictly dedicated to the CFS and Import/CSD sections.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and provide regular training to security guards.
Control Yards gates and strictly maintain the vehicle in/out process.
Verify gate passes, delivery orders/Chalan and driver credentials for all incoming and outgoing trucks.
Enforce strict anti-pilferage protocols during container unstuffing and cargo handling.
Monitor workforce and visitor access control to ensure strict entry compliance.
Act as the first responder to security breaches, workplace accidents, or disputes.
Draft detailed shift logs, incident reports, and daily security summaries for management.
Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and port security agencies when necessary.
