ChillyPOS, a modern Point-of-Sale (POS) software for restaurants and retail businesses in Bangladesh, is looking for a motivated Technical Support Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online technical support to ChillyPOS customers through phone, chat, and other communication channels.

• Troubleshoot software-related issues and assist customers with basic configuration.

• Install and set up basic POS hardware, including thermal/receipt printers and related devices.

• Troubleshoot basic printer, connectivity, and printing-related issues.

• Visit customer locations around Dhaka when required to provide on-site technical support.

• Guide customers on the proper use of ChillyPOS software and hardware.

• Coordinate with the technical team for issues requiring further investigation.

• Follow up with customers to ensure reported issues are properly resolved.
