Abedin Equipment Limited is one of the fastest-growing companies in Bangladesh, engaged in the import, marketing, distribution, and after-sales service of agricultural machinery, power tools, and related products. We are looking for a Security In-Charge / Supervisor for our warehouse who will be responsible for supervising and controlling all security guards and overseeing their day-to-day activities and some other administrative work. The incumbent will oversee the overall security operations of the warehouse and ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, equipment, and premises while maintaining the highest standards of security protocols and safety procedures.

• The incumbent is expected to perform following activities.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • As a security officer to carry out overall security activities.

  • Ensure safety of respective warehouse assets.

  • Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards.

  • Ensure appropriate deployment for maximum safety and security.

  • Control all kinds of visitors and vehicles, checking security equipment operations.

  • Recruit security guards as per necessity.

  • Communicate with Head Office and provide updates in detail from time to time.

  • Investigate incidents if any requirement arises or situation demands.

  • Necessary gate passes during entry and exit of goods from the office, ensuring proper documentation of consignments.

  • Ensuring proper distribution of duty as per roster of guards & conducting various training for security team for developments.

  • Any other official duties assigned by management.
