Key Responsibilities:

1. Live CCTV Monitoring: Monitor all assigned CCTV cameras continuously and identify unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.

2. Incident Detection & Reporting: Immediately report theft, misconduct, accidents, unauthorized access, safety violations, or other irregularities to the concerned authority.

3. Surveillance Recording: Ensure CCTV recordings are functioning properly, available, and securely maintained for the required period.

4. Evidence Management: Identify, preserve, and retrieve relevant footage when required for investigation, management review, or disciplinary action.

5. Branch Surveillance:  Monitor key areas including entrances/exits, cash counters, dining areas, kitchens, stores, loading areas, staff areas, and other critical points.

6. Operational Compliance Monitoring: Observe activities for violations of company policies, security procedures, hygiene/safety requirements, and unauthorized practices.

7. CCTV System Coordination: Immediately report camera, recording, storage, display, or connectivity problems to the responsible IT/technical team and follow up until resolution.

8. Daily Surveillance Report: Maintain a concise daily log of incidents, observations, system issues, and actions taken.

9. Confidentiality & Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and surveillance information and ensure footage is accessed only by authorized personnel.

10. Investigation Support: Assist HR, Administration, Operation and Management in reviewing footage related to employee misconduct, customer complaints, loss, accidents, or other investigations.
