• An experienced security personnel, with high level of supervisory skills. Retired Army/Navy/Air Force person (Junior Commissioned Officer) is preferred

• At least 5 years` experience in the similar role

• Not exceeding 45 years as of July 2026

• Able to communicate in English and Bangla properly

• Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hours

• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and implement daily security duty rosters, ensuring guard attendance, proper attire, cleanliness, and compliance with assigned duties and instructions

• Supervise security guards through regular post visits and patrols, address operational concerns, and ensure effective security coverage across the university premises

• Regularly inspect and monitor CCTV cameras, access control points, fire extinguishers, fire exits, and other security and safety equipment to ensure operational readiness

• Ensure the safety and security of university premises, guests, and visitors, particularly during university events and other high-traffic activities

• Conduct security briefings and training sessions for guards and prepare daily reports on attendance, incidents, observations, and security-related matters

• Respond promptly to fire, security, and other emergencies by notifying the Fire Service and relevant university authorities and supporting appropriate emergency response measures
