Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the safety and security of the office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles, maintaining proper records.
Conduct regular patrols inside and around the office premises and report any unusual activities immediately.
Check visitor IDs and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.
Coordinate with the Administration team during emergencies, fire drills, or security incidents.
Ensure gates, doors, and security checkpoints remain properly controlled at all times.
Maintain security logs and submit incident reports when required.
