• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 10–15 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Denim sector.

• Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, garment construction, washing, costing, and production processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple buyers and orders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising-related reporting.

• Lead and manage the Denim Merchandising team to achieve business objectives.

• Handle buyer communication and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from development to shipment.

• Coordinate with sourcing, sample, quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution.

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with buyers and suppliers.

• Monitor order status, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

• Guide and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity.
