• Lead and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all production machinery and utility equipment to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum downtime.

• Manage maintenance activities for sewing, cutting, finishing, pressing, packing, and other production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans and monitor execution against targets.

• Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians, mechanics, and support teams.

• Analyze equipment failures and recurring breakdowns through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor machine downtime, maintenance performance, equipment reliability, spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance costs.

• Ensure timely availability and effective control of maintenance spare parts and inventory while optimizing maintenance costs.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, Compliance, and other departments to resolve equipment and operational issues.

• Lead the installation, commissioning, relocation, modification, and improvement of machinery and equipment.

• Monitor energy and utility consumption and drive initiatives for energy efficiency, equipment optimization, and cost reduction.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, fire, environmental, statutory, and factory compliance requirements.

• Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance, servicing, and technical support.

• Prepare and review maintenance reports, downtime analysis, equipment performance, and improvement plans and provide recommendations to management.

• Drive continuous improvement, preventive maintenance culture, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability across the facility.
