We are a Knit Composite Textile Composite Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager for the Sales & Marketing of Knit Fabric.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Lead the Knit Fabric Sales & Marketing team and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s fabric customer base and market share.

• Understand market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities and pricing.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms and other commercial conditions with customers.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and regular sales performance reports for management.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure effective collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to management.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
