• Strong knowledge of garment washing techniques and processes.

• Expertise in washing R&D, recipe development and new wash development.

• Knowledge of chemicals, dyes, and sustainable washing technologies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to develop new washing techniques and reduce production costs.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager - Washing for R&D and Marketing of Washing Factory. Candidate experienced in Wash R&D, Wash Development, Washing Marketing is highly preferable.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Lead R&D projects from initial concept to successful product launch.

• Develop research programs to improve existing products and explore new ones.

• Ensure R&D projects aligned with company goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities.

• Collaborate with market research to ensure product viability and success.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop commercialization strategies and launch plans.

• Planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing operations of the Washing Plant.

• Archive the yearly and monthly sales target of the Washing Plant.

• Create new buyers through costing and price negotiation.

• Monitor the sub-work wash sample development and sourcing activities.

• Prepare the marketing budgets while ensuring minimum cost.

• Ensure the target delivery meets customer satisfaction.

• Create new buyers based on the SOP of costing and sales profit.

• Coordinate and facilitate marketing workflow and processes.

• Reduce marketing costs through monitoring and controlling.

• Kept documentation and submit work progress reports regularly.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation.

• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Build relationships with external partners and institutions to access emerging technologies.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
