Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Fashion & Textile Design from a reputed university or institute.

Skills Required: CAD,Fashion Design
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Adamjee EPZ Factory Narayanganj Visit: 2 days per week
Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colors, fabrics & garment construction
Experience in apparel design & product development
Ability to develop designs from concept to final sample
Strong CAD / fashion illustration / presentation skills
Understanding of jersey fabrics and lingerie construction will be highly valued
Commercial mindset with an understanding of international fashion markets

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research global fashion, color, fabric and market trends
Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards and design directions
Create new styles and commercial product concepts based on customer requirements
Develop CADs, technical flats and design presentations
Select, Source & develop fabrics, trims, laces and accessories
Work closely with Technical, Sourcing and Sampling teams
Follow up sample development, fittings and construction details
Review samples and provide design / fit / construction comments
Prepare customer presentations and seasonal collections
Incorporate customer feedback and develop revised samples
Support the team from concept through final product approval
Keep track of market, competitor and customer trends
For Senior Designer: lead design direction, guide junior designers and manage design projects
