Major duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Sewing, Finishing and Washing operations for woven tops and bottoms, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, buyer requirements and applicable quality standards.

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout Sewing, Finishing and Washing processes, ensuring compliance with approved samples, specifications, workmanship standards and buyer requirements.

• Conduct and coordinate Pre-Production (PP) Meetings, quality reviews, process audits, final inspections and buyer-related quality activities to ensure consistent product quality.

• Coordinate with Production, IE & Work Study, Technical, Washing and other relevant departments to identify quality risks, resolve issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.

• Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with quality SOPs, inspection procedures, quality standards, QMS documentation and relevant quality records across Sewing, Finishing and Washing.

• Lead, coach and develop the quality team through performance monitoring, training, and capability development, while ensuring consistent quality standards for woven shirts, pants and other woven garments.

• Perform any other task assigned by Management.
