Major duties and responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze samples, bulletins, specifications and related technical information from respective departments for effective production planning and execution.

• Prepare and monitor production plans, line loading, capacity utilization and delivery schedules for woven garments based on order requirements and production capacity.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, IE & Work Study, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing, Quality and Material Management teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely order execution.

• Monitor daily production progress, WIP, target vs. achievement and order status and highlight delays or bottlenecks to the concerned departments.

• Analyze production capacity, manpower, machine availability and material status to identify potential constraints and support effective production planning.

• Prepare and maintain planning reports, production tracking sheets and management updates, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.

• Perform any other task assigned by Management.
