Major duties and responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor finishing operations for woven tops and bottoms (shirts and pants) to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.

• Ensure proper execution of thread trimming, pressing, folding, measurement, labeling, packing and buyer-specific finishing requirements.

• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and process gaps and implement actions to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and workflow.

• Coordinate with Sewing, Washing, Quality, IE & Work Study, Technical and other relevant departments to resolve production and quality issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing practices, safety standards and workplace discipline, while effectively supervising and developing the finishing team.

• Perform any other task assigned by Management.
