Major duties and responsibilities:
Lead operations, work study, line balancing, SMV development, capacity planning, productivity monitoring and efficiency improvement across production processes.
Drive method improvement, manpower optimization, layout optimization, bottleneck reduction, waste elimination and Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, capacity and performance KPIs, provide data-driven insights to management and collaborate with Production, QA, Planning, Merchandising and HR to achieve production and delivery targets.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 300,000/- to 350,000/- or equivalent (Monthly Gross)
