Prerequisite to apply:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in reputed garments manufacturing company mainly in denim production, with at least 10 years’ experience in managerial role.
Must have multiple years of working experience in MNC organizations.

Work Station: Square Denims Ltd. Factory; Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Lead overall factory operations covering cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, packing and shipment to ensure on-time delivery, production efficiency, quality and optimal capacity utilization.
Drive productivity improvement, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, manpower optimization, waste reduction, cost control and process improvement while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.
Lead production and support functions, build a high-performance culture and coordinate with all stake holders to resolve operational issues and achieve customer/business requirements.
Perform any other task assigned by Management.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 350,000/- to 450,000/- or equivalent (Monthly Gross)
