• Proven experience in managing utility systems, industrial equipment, maintenance operations, and technical teams.

• Relevant professional training and certifications will be an advantage

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Utility Manager to oversee the maintenance and utility operations of a smart commercial building. He will ensure the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of all machinery, utility systems, and building facilities while maintaining compliance with applicable legal requirements, safety standards and BNBC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily utility operations, including Electrical Substation, pumps, generators, central HVAC systems, and other essential utility equipment.

2. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance plans for power and cooling systems.

3. Monitor equipment performance, identify potential faults, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, and take corrective measures to minimize operational downtime.

4. Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate technicians, electricians and other maintenance and utility personnel to ensure effective team performance.

5. Prepare maintenance budgets, control maintenance expenditures, manage spare parts inventory, and optimize maintenance costs without compromising safety or quality.

6. Maintain daily operational & maintenance records, equipment histories, inspection reports, utility consumption data, spare parts records, SOPs, and technical drawings, including Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs).

7. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, service providers, and relevant departments to ensure timely maintenance, quality service delivery, and effective cost management.

8. Conduct regular inspections, identify potential operational and safety risks, and implement appropriate preventive measures.

9. Perform any other maintenance and utility-related responsibilities assigned by management.
