Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and operate the Central Monitoring System (CMS).
Observe CCTV cameras and report any unusual activities immediately.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, alarms, and daily operations.
Respond promptly to system alerts and coordinate with the relevant departments.
Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports as required.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
