The selected candidates will be responsible for customer handling, lead generation, vehicle sales, customer relationship management, and supporting marketing activities
Sanzida Car Selection Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Officers to support its vehicle sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidates should be capable of handling customers professionally, identifying potential buyers, generating sales leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Handling: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional assistance.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, packages, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Sales Generation: Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Product Demonstration: Present vehicles to customers and explain their features, specifications, and functionality.
Negotiation & Sales Closing: Negotiate prices, address customer questions and objections, and convert potential customers into buyers.
Lead Management: Maintain customer databases, record inquiries, and monitor sales progress.
Marketing Support: Assist with vehicle promotions, advertising campaigns, and other sales and marketing activities.
Documentation: Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documents.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
After-Sales Service: Follow up with customers after purchases and assist in resolving complaints or service-related issues.
Communication with Prospective Car Buyers: Maintain regular communication with potential car buyers, provide vehicle information according to their interests and requirements, and follow up effectively to close sales.
