Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance with product selection.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing, styles, and sizes.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and customization options.

• Maintain showroom display, product arrangement, and overall cleanliness.

• Handle billing, sales records, and customer follow-ups.

• Support inventory management and stock monitoring.

• Assist with customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

• Strong sales ability and a target-oriented mindset.

• Professional attitude, smart appearance, and a customer-first approach.

• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales will be an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
