Responsibilities & Context:
Drive and increase sales & Customer Satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.
Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Provide professional product guidance and recommend suitable products.
Handle the complete sales process from customer engagement to billing.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper product display, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Maintain accurate sales records and daily sales reports.
Support promotional campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the tailoring/production team when required for custom orders.
Monitor stock availability and communicate product requirements to the showroom team.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall showroom targets.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, retail, fashion, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Experience in men’s fashion/apparel retail will be an advantage.
