• Drive and increase sales & Customer Satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Provide professional product guidance and recommend suitable products.

• Handle the complete sales process from customer engagement to billing.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain proper product display, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

• Maintain accurate sales records and daily sales reports.

• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and new product launches.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the tailoring/production team when required for custom orders.

• Monitor stock availability and communicate product requirements to the showroom team.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall showroom targets.
