Job Responsibilities
Guard the main gate and monitor all persons entering and leaving the premises.
Maintain the security and safety of the residential property.
Clean the house, entrance, and surrounding areas regularly.
Take care of the garden, including watering plants and maintaining cleanliness.
Operate and monitor household lights and the water pump as required.
Perform small household errands, including shopping for daily necessities and disposing of household waste.
Carry out other routine household maintenance tasks as required.
Educational Requirements
Basic literacy is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience as a security guard, house caretaker, or in a similar role will be an advantage.
Fresh candidates who are honest, reliable, and willing to work may also apply.
Additional Requirements
Must be honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
Must be physically fit and capable of performing security duties, cleaning, gardening, and general household tasks.
Must be attentive and able to identify and report any suspicious activities.
Must be willing to perform a combination of security and household maintenance duties.
Salary
BDT 10,000 per month.

দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য
১. বাড়ির প্রধান ফটকে দায়িত্ব পালন করা এবং কে বাড়িতে প্রবেশ করছে ও বের হচ্ছে তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
২. বাড়ির নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা এবং কোনো সন্দেহজনক ব্যক্তি বা কার্যকলাপ লক্ষ্য করলে বাড়ির মালিককে জানানো।
৩. বাড়ির ভেতর, প্রবেশপথ ও আশপাশের এলাকা নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
৪. বাগানের যত্ন নেওয়া, গাছে পানি দেওয়া এবং বাগান পরিষ্কার রাখা।
৫. প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বাড়ির লাইট ও পানির পাম্প চালু-বন্ধ করা এবং সেগুলোর প্রতি খেয়াল রাখা।
৬. ছোটখাটো গৃহস্থালি কাজ করা, যেমন নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্র কেনাকাটা করা এবং বাড়ির ময়লা-আবর্জনা নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে ফেলে আসা।
৭. বাড়ির দৈনন্দিন রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য ছোটখাটো কাজ করা।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
ন্যূনতম পড়ালেখা জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
অভিজ্ঞতা
নিরাপত্তাকর্মী, বাড়ির দেখাশোনার কর্মী বা অনুরূপ কাজে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা
সৎ, বিশ্বস্ত, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ এবং নিরাপত্তা, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও বাগানের কাজ করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
সর্বদা সতর্ক থাকতে হবে এবং যেকোনো অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতি সম্পর্কে বাড়ির মালিককে অবহিত করতে হবে।
নিরাপত্তার পাশাপাশি প্রয়োজনীয় গৃহস্থালি কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা
মাসিক বেতন: ১০,০০০ টাকা।
