• Military Background: Must be a former member of the Bangladesh Army, with a minimum rank of Warrant Officer.

• Industry Experience: Must have practical working experience in the RMG sector.

• Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in Security Management within the RMG industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills.

• Good knowledge of industrial security, risk assessment, emergency management, and labour-related security issues.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with factory management and external law enforcement agencies.

Job Context:

We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and experienced Manager – Security with a strong Bangladesh Army background and proven experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry to lead and manage security operations across our facilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise overall security operations across factories, offices, warehouses, and other facilities.

• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, access control systems, and emergency response plans.

• Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and premises.

• Manage security personnel, duty rosters, deployment, training, and performance monitoring.

• Coordinate with local police, law enforcement agencies, fire services, and other external stakeholders.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance, gate operations, vehicle movement, visitor entry, and incident reporting.

• Identify security risks, investigate incidents, and take preventive measures.

• Ensure effective security arrangements during VIP visits, labour unrest, emergencies, and other critical situations.
