Responsibilities & Context
আমাদের উন্নত ক্লাউড-ভিত্তিক ERP সফটওয়্যার ও এর বিভিন্ন মডিউল প্রসারের জন্য উদ্যমী ও আত্মবিশ্বাসী নারী কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে। এই পদে মূল দায়িত্ব হলো—সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় বাস্তবভিত্তিক ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশনের মাধ্যমে সফটওয়্যার সার্ভিসগুলো জনগণের সামনে বিশ্বাসযোগ্যভাবে তুলে ধরা এবং টেলি-সেলস ও সাপোর্টের মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্ট হ্যান্ডেল করা।
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ (Key Responsibilities):
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় লাইভ ভিডিও প্রোগ্রামিং ও কনটেন্ট প্রেজেন্টেশনের মাধ্যমে সফটওয়্যার ও এর বিভিন্ন মডিউল সহজভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
টেলি-সেলস (Telesales) এবং প্রমোশনাল কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের কাছে সফটওয়্যার সেবা বিক্রি ও সাপোর্ট নিশ্চিত করা।
ক্লায়েন্টদের সফটওয়্যার ডেমো দেখানো এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় চাহিদা মেটানো।
