Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Al-Muslim Group is looking for a motivated and skilled Officer – Wash Production to manage day-to-day washing production activities, ensure production targets, maintain garment quality, and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily washing production activities according to the approved production plan.
Ensure proper execution of different washing processes, including enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach wash, acid wash, garment dye, and other special washes.
Follow up on production targets, line efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Ensure washing quality, shade consistency, measurement accuracy, and approved wash standards.
Coordinate with Wash R&D, Quality, Planning, and Merchandising departments.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity, and production workflow.
Ensure proper use of chemicals and compliance with approved washing recipes.
Identify production bottlenecks, quality issues, and process deviations and take corrective action.
Maintain production reports, records, and daily output updates.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental requirements, and company policies.
