Must have proven experience in managing daily office operations, employees, and business activities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage teams and resolve operational challenges.Experience in international business operations, overseas client management, or global business development is highly preferred.Ability to develop business growth strategies, operational plans, and employee performance targets.Must have experience in recruitment, staff supervision, performance evaluation, and workplace administration.Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, resource management, and business performance monitoring.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to establish company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance monitoring systems.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital business management tools.Must be responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.Must be willing to work full-time from the company's Mirpur-1, Dhaka office and coordinate with international business partners across different time zones.Must report directly to the Board of Directors and take ownership of assigned management responsibilities.

ACCSHUB Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead daily office operations, employee management, strategic planning, and international business growth. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall office operations, administration, and daily business activities.

• Supervise employees, team leaders, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

• Oversee recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand international operations.

• Identify global business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.

• Set departmental targets, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.

• Oversee budgets, operational expenses, resource allocation, and profitability.

• Establish company policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth team coordination.

• Provide regular business, financial, and performance reports to the Board.
