• Prior experience in a woven garments manufacturing/export-oriented company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of garment costing, VAT, Tax, Customs, Bond, and export-import procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Lead and manage all accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, and compliance activities of the organization.

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, consumption analysis, and cost control initiatives.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and trade finance operations.

• Manage import-export financial transactions, L/C operations, back-to-back L/Cs, and export incentive claims.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, Bond, and other statutory regulations.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations for process improvement.

• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
