Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and increase market share.
Develop and maintain an effective dealer/distribution network.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.
Monitor and support sales activities in the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
Suggest new sales and marketing strategies to improve business growth.
Ensure all sales activities are conducted according to management guidelines.
Demonstrate good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated, responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Festival Bonus: 80% of Gross Salary per festival.
