Responsibilities & Context:
Manage product development from concept to bulk production.
Handle order execution and ensure timely delivery while meeting buyer requirements.
Coordinate with buyers, factories, sourcing teams, and suppliers throughout the order lifecycle.
Develop costing, negotiate prices, and maintain target margins.
Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with production, planning, quality, technical, washing, and logistics teams for smooth order flow.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while ensuring quality and cost optimization.
Resolve production and shipment-related issues proactively.
Maintain strong buyer relationships through effective communication and timely updates.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and company quality requirements.
Prepare merchandising reports, order status updates, and production analyses.
