• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Pre-School, Kindergarten, or Early Childhood Education will be considered an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Bangla.

• Energetic, patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly personality.

• Ability to conduct interactive, activity-based, and learner-centered classes.

• Good classroom management skills.

• Passion for working with children and supporting their early development.

• Ability to effectively manage and conduct online classes using digital learning platforms.

• Knowledge of online and offline pre-school marketing strategies.

• Willingness to work beyond regular work hours.

We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and creative female professionals to join TalentBee as Instructors and contribute to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate Pre-School classes.

• Implement play-based and activity-based learning methods.

• Support children’s development in language, literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.

• Use storytelling, rhymes, songs, games, arts & crafts, and hands-on activities.

• Prepare lesson plans and engaging classroom activities.

• Encourage children’s participation, communication, creativity, and confidence.

• Monitor learners’ participation, learning, and overall development.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

• Communicate with parents regarding children’s learning and development when required.

• Organize and participate in TalentBee’s academic activities, events, and other assigned responsibilities.

• Assist with online (on camera) and offline course marketing.

• Perform any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor

• As per the organization’s policy.
