Major duties and responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze samples, bulletins, specifications and related technical information from respective departments for effective production planning and execution.

• Maintain close coordination with Garment Technicians and relevant departments during layout, style setup and production processes; guide and share best practices with junior team members.

• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality and target achievement.

• Conduct line balancing, identify manpower and operational gaps and coordinate with the IE & Work Study Department to ensure optimum line utilization and smooth production flow.

• Identify bottlenecks, weak production areas and process inefficiencies and take necessary corrective and improvement measures.

• Ensure effective implementation of SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing tools and standard work practices while maintaining cleanliness, discipline, teamwork and productive work environment.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, Maintenance and other relevant departments to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production of woven shirts, pants, and other woven garments.

• Perform any other task assigned by Management.
