Major duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical activities of the Sewing Section for woven garments, ensuring smooth production and compliance with quality and buyer requirements.

• Analyze garment construction, operation breakdown, sewing methods, SMV and machine requirements for new styles and support PP meetings, pilot runs and bulk production.

• Identify sewing bottlenecks and implement method improvements, technical solutions, automation and process optimization to improve productivity and line efficiency.

• Monitor and optimize machine settings, attachments, folders and special machines according to garment construction and production requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, IE & Work Study, Quality, Maintenance and Sample/Technical teams to resolve technical issues and reduce defects, rework and alterations through root-cause analysis.

• Lead technical capability development through guidance, coaching and training, while driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and achievement of productivity, efficiency and quality targets.

• Perform any other task assigned by Management.
