• Experience in working with high-end knitwear manufacturer like Uniqlo, Lindex, Alcort, Stadium, C&A, ZARA will get preferences.

• Strong command of English and solid mathematical skills are essential.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).

• Proficient in MS Excel, Email, T&A management, reporting.

• Manage assigned UNIQLO buyer styles/orders from development stage through final shipment.

• Maintain professional and timely communication with UNIQLO buyer representatives and relevant technical teams.

• Study and understand UNIQLO tech packs, specifications, measurement charts, artwork, construction details, quality requirements and buyer comments.

• Coordinate with QAD/QMS teams to ensure UNIQLO quality requirements are understood and implemented.

• Follow UNIQLO-specific buyer requirements, quality standards, sustainability expectations, compliance requirements and applicable operational procedures.

• Manage the full merchandising process — product development, costing, sampling, approvals, production follow-up, and shipment.

• Maintain strong day-to-day communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Prepare and monitor T&A plans, BOM, cost sheets, consumption, and ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, fabric & trims teams for smooth workflow.

• Follow-up on lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, size sets, PP meetings, and maintain all documentation.

• Track fabric, trims, accessories status and solve any delays or shortages proactively.

• Ensure quality standards are consistently met according to buyer requirements.

• Execute price negotiations and support in order confirmation with buyers.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action to ensure on-time delivery.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports: WIP, order status, sample tracking, shipment status.

• Work closely with sample section for development samples, SMS, and shipment samples.

• Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices, and handle order confirmation.

• Ensure all approvals (samples, trims, fabrics, and print/ embroidery) are received on time.

• Proactively identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements to reduce lead time.
