• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of sewing machines and production equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults in sewing machines and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure uninterrupted machine operation to support production targets.

• Install, commission, and calibrate new sewing machines and attachments.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential machine failures before breakdown.

• Repair and replace defective machine parts, accessories, and components.

• Maintain machine settings according to production requirements and approved specifications.

• Coordinate with Production and Industrial Engineering teams during style changes and machine setup.

• Ensure proper maintenance of specialized sewing machines including Flat Lock, Overlock, Single Needle, Double Needle, Feed-off-the-Arm, Bartack, Button Hole, Button Attach, Kansai, Pattern Sewing, and Auto Machines.

• Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of sewing machines according to maintenance schedules.

• Ensure proper inventory usage of spare parts and report spare requirements to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company maintenance SOPs.

• Support machine relocation, production line setup, and factory expansion activities.

• Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare daily maintenance reports, machine breakdown reports, and service logs.
