• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or any relevant discipline. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 27 years

• Experience: 0-1 year experience in RMG merchandising is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong motivation will be considered.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of RMG merchandising process Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Computer proficiency in MS Office Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced export environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Executive - Merchandiser will be responsible for the following key areas only:

• Continuous Planning - Support in production and order planning coordination

• Textile Genesis - Handle and follow up on Textile Genesis related documentation and system

• Raw Material TC / End Product TC - Follow up on raw material Test Certificates and final product Test Certificates

• Supply Chain / Traceability Declaration - Prepare and coordinate supply chain and traceability declarations as per buyer requirements

• Note: This role will focus exclusively on the above responsibilities.
