Responsibilities & Context:
Execute Lean Management concepts throughout the organization.
Manage Lean implementation policies.
Conduct awareness sessions and evaluate the learning level.
Analyze areas of improvement, design improvement ideas, and execute the programs.
Work with Business Heads and LEAN Champions to build a continuous improvement environment and support an ongoing program of change.
Develop internal Lean Leadership for sustainable development of the organizational culture.
Manage the relevant Plant-wise Lean Department and provide guidance to develop future leaders.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the appropriate authority
