• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Monitor daily production, efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization of assigned sewing lines.

• Analyze production performance against target and identify reasons for shortfall.

• Monitor SMV, SAM, DHU, efficiency, manpower, and machine utilization.

• Conduct line balancing based on operation-wise SMV and operator skill levels.

• Identify bottleneck operations and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure optimum manpower and machine allocation for each production line.

• Conduct time studies for sewing and other production operations.

• Review existing methods and recommend improved working methods.

• Calculate line capacity based on SMV, manpower, working hours, and efficiency.

• Analyze manpower requirements and identify opportunities for manpower optimization.

• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Cutting teams to improve production flow.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction.

• Support initiatives to reduce overtime, idle time, waiting time, motion waste, and production bottlenecks.
