B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Apparel Merchandising from Govt. Textile College (Affiliated by BUTEX)

Candidates should have a vast knowledge of knit garment and capable to execute the order a large number of garments quantity in every month.
Candidate should have a good leadership skill and capable to lead the full team by motivating & monitoring.
Strong knowledge of knit fabric/garments/costing/pricing/ booking through ERP software preferably Logic software.
Working experience with the global apparel brand and international buyers.
Strong English communication skill both verbal & written
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser who has experience to work with Knit Garment
The position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including sourcing, sample development, production planning, and monitoring quality standard
Execute Knit product development, understand fashion trend and ensure customer satisfactions.
Work closely with the fabric and planning team and suppliers.
Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
Ensure production and samples follow up with factory.
Communicate with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
Prepare costing sheets
Fabric & Accessories booking through ERP (Logic)
Follow up TNA on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
