Must be a capable, proactive people ready to serve as 2nd-in-command and drive floor performance independently.
Exceptional, high-level know-how of sample construction, pattern checking knowledge, fit sample handing.
Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of all woven items along with knit items.
Responsibilities & Context:
Take charge of floor execution, correct ongoing workflow inefficiencies, and ensure strict alignment with schedule plans.
Used to work under very tight schedule.
Guide sample makers directly to resolve complex construction and fit issues on the spot.
Coordinate closely with QA, pattern tech & sewing sample, and technical teams to streamline sample execution.
Monitor capacity and enforce rigorous accountability to eliminate delays.
