Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Must have previous experience on garment fitting with direct customers (European customers).
Working experience on any shirt manufacturing company is a must.
Must have pattern manipulation/ alteration skills related with fit comments – ( CAD or manual pattern cutting knowledge)
Work experience for fashion brands like- Tesco, George, Sainsbury’s, Next, Esprit, S. Oliver, G-Star, JARA, M&S, New look, H&M etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage technical development activities for lingerie products from concept stage ensuring all technical requirements are achieved.
Conduct fit analysis, review fit samples, and coordinate fit approvals to ensure garments meet buyer expectations for comfort, support, functionality, and aesthetics.
Review technical packs, specifications, construction details, measurement charts, and workmanship requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Evaluate development, fit, size set, PP, and production samples, providing technical comments and corrective actions to factories.
Assess fabrics, lace, elastics, underwires, cups, hooks, and other lingerie components to ensure suitability, performance, and compliance with product requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure products comply with buyer standards, technical specifications, testing requirements, and quality expectations.
