Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years

Good understanding of social compliance auditing and audit processes.

Strong knowledge of audit tracking, factory compliance, CAP follow-up, and documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and database management.

Strong data management, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders across different regions.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate and communicate internal audit windows with factories and follow up on audit activities for Bangladesh factories.

  • Create and maintain factory profiles, audit initiation, re-audit/follow-up records, and MIS databases & Trackers .

  • Manage MIS-related queries and coordinate with the MIS system administrator to resolve system issues.

  • Prepare and monitor pending internal audit, report release, and report status and provide regular updates to Line leader & management.

  • Coordinate factory onboarding, including collection and verification of required documents and maintenance of factory records.

  • Prepare and maintain factory onboarding trackers and provide management with regular status updates.

  • Monitor pending Corrective Action Plan (CAP) updates for factories and highlight risks to management.

  • Monitor third-party audit expiry dates and coordinate with factories to ensure audits are booked and completed within the required timelines.

  • Track and report third-party non-conformance (NC) closure status.

  • Maintain proper documentation of onboarding documents, third-party audit reports, and internal audit reports.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with factories, suppliers, buyers, merchandisers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide factory summaries and compliance information to Line Leader, Business Teams and Senior Management to support informed decision-making.

  • Support compliance activities across Globally ( if needed) , including audit schedules, factory status, customer requirements, and compliance follow-up.

  • Coordinate with factories regarding  SEDEX , BSCI, WRAP, Technical audit and customer audits, ensuring audits are completed before expiry in line with customer requirements and internal SOPs.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
