• Minimum graduation in any discipline.

• Strong expertise in garment finishing, quality control, packing, and buyer-specific requirements.

• Sound knowledge of AQL, defect analysis, productivity, efficiency, and shipment readiness.

• Strong leadership, manpower management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Ability to identify root causes, resolve quality/productivity issues, and drive continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, workplace safety, and waste reduction.

• Plan and control finishing activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets as per shipment requirements.

• Coordinate with the Washing team to ensure timely and continuous garment supply to Finishing.

• Ensure garments meet customer quality standards, approved samples, specifications, and AQL requirements.

• Manage all finishing activities, including checking, measurement, thread trimming, pressing, folding, tagging, packing, carton preparation, and final inspection.

• Ensure Cut-to-Ship and On-Time Delivery targets are achieved through proper planning and follow-up.

• Monitor manpower, machine capacity, efficiency, SMV, output per person, and working hours to improve productivity.

• Control finishing WIP, finished goods, packing materials, and shipment-ready stock.

• Coordinate with Customer QA, Internal QA, Merchandising, Washing, Production, Logistics, and other teams to solve quality and delivery issues.

• Maintain proper finishing systems, records, traceability, housekeeping, and customer compliance requirements.

• Lead and develop supervisors, in-charges, operators, and support teams while maintaining discipline and accountability.

• Identify production bottlenecks, quality issues, capacity problems, and delivery risks, and take corrective actions.

• Provide regular updates to management on production, WIP, quality, capacity, shipment status, manpower, and critical issues.

• Develop and improve SOPs and working systems to reduce defects, rework, lead time, and operational losses.
