Experience:

• Age 32 to 38 years

• Min 8 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

• Minimum graduation (Textile or Clothing Technology will get preference). 

• Sound knowledge of product quality excellence, especially for knits.

• Good knowledge of AQL, inspection tools, methods, and techniques.

• Hold responsibility for total quality audit operations and achieve KPIs in a business unit. Report to the manager and lead the final QA team.

• Delegate jobs among the audit team and closely follow up on assigned tasks.

• Ensure PPS/Master Samples are approved with the correct tech pack or specifications prior to going for bulk production.

• Assess Pilot Run/Size Sets review comments and address the concerns, identifying technical issues.

• Follow up daily on in-process audit findings and incorporate necessary corrections with the production team.

• Review FOP/Showroom/shipment samples intended to submit to customers.

• Coordinate weekly shipment scheduling and liaise with customer QAs for final inspections

• Support making investigative documents on product failures with an improvement plan and communicate with respective stakeholders and share with customers on demand.
