• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Retired Armed Forces will be preferred.

• Security, fire safety or emergency management training will be an advantage.

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or Security In-Charge role.

• Experience in woven garments and washing factories will be preferred

• Manage overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors and company assets.

• Supervise security guards, duty rosters, attendance and daily security operations.

• Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials through proper gate-pass procedures.

• Monitor CCTV, conduct regular security patrols and identify potential security risks.

• Ensure proper security of garments, fabrics, accessories, machinery, warehouse and washing areas.

• Prevent theft, unauthorized access, pilferage and loss of company property.

• Support management during fire, accidents, emergencies and other critical situations.

• Investigate and report security incidents and take necessary preventive actions.

• Maintain security registers, incident reports and other required documents.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, buyer requirements and applicable laws.

• Conduct regular briefings and training for security personnel.

• Coordinate with Administration, Fire & Safety and local authorities when required.
